Window frame painting after double glazing

In November, we are getting double glazing and need the window frames and surrounding weatherboards prepped and painted with Resene paint both externally and internally. There will be 10 window frames upstairs to paint and scaffolding will be in place. Downstairs there are 2 windows and a door frame We are having our roof replaced after the windows go in, so want the exterior painting done prior to the roof. Windows should be completed on the 6th nov, and roof begins 18th nov painting needs to be done from the 7th nov. As its exterior, the timing it is weather dependent.
