Painting two villa bedrooms

We need two villa bedrooms painted in the third week of march. The rooms are about 3.5 square, so not huge. The job will be walls, skirting and (sash) windows that will need a good sanding and possibly a bit of filling. The ceilings are fine. One of the rooms has a 3-bay sash window so that’s a bit fiddly (see image). It’s also stuck, so if you can free it up that would be great. I’m fussy about preparation so consider yourself warned (smiley face). The job is not until March 15th but I’m posting now because I need an exact start date as we will be waiting to move in.
