Living area ceiling painting

Hi there. Could you please give me an indicative cost to paint a ceiling in living/hallway area incl paint. Area approx 50m2. Ceiling is raked with highest being approx 3m high. This is to shuzz the area for putting the house on the market. There is some areas which have been affected by smoke from the fire, but no other paint damage (house 6.5 years old). Area is populated by over a dozen recessed/canned lights. I'm hoping 1 coat will suffice but happy to take advice. I expect provider to be covered by insurance for any unlikely mishaps. Photo shows part of the area and will hopefully give an indication of amount of smoke damage and style of ceiling. No phone please contact by email - thanks!
