PAINT JOB - 2 BATHROOM CEILINGS

TWO BATHROOM CEILINGS - both on the same property I need a very competent painter who is skilled at remedial painting work, including skim plastering at two rental properties at the same address. CEILING 1 : This ceiling has been repaired once already, may need skim plastering this time. It's small, less than 9 metres square. CEILING 2 : This is a tiny ceiling which has mould. Less than 6 m square Both ceilings to be repainted in a flat white finish.
