Exterior house paint

We have a weatherboard house with the doors and windows being a mixture of both wooden and aluminium. The house needs a complete exterior repaint. The weatherboards and paint on them are in quite good solid condition but the wooden windows and frames being solid just need a bit more preparation work on them. The base is mostly brick just a small painted area. The roof does not need painting. This is not a quick touch up job to sell the house - we intend to stay here and want a good quality job done. I realise it is late in the season but am hoping to get this done this summer while the weather is still good for painting.
