Jonathan was very professional and accommodating of our situation. We have a new baby and delayed work having just started as we realised how noisy it would be. Without further cost he packed up and did it 10 days later when my family was away. He was helpful with advice and changes and came on time. Communication was good, responding to my questions. Only gripe, I had expected some of the puttying to be replaced and not just filled, my only gripe.
