Interior painting 5 bedroom 10 year old house

There are 5 bedrooms and 3 toilets. The walls are to be low sheen light neutral colour (eg ½ black white or alabaster), semi gloss white on the doors and trims, bathroom & kitchen ceiling low sheen and walls semi gloss; ceilings use ceiling flat white. The down lights have white surrounds so ceiling needs to match it. We are having new carpet put in after so the carpet can be cut back 100mm from the edges so painting to floor leaves no marks from trying to paint to the carpet edges. The front door is stained wood and the outside is faded with UV and needs sanding down where there is some mould on the lowest board and re-staining darker to match the inside. The inside of the front door is good and could get away with just a light oiling to bring up the polish. There are very few marks or holes in the gib board. The kitchen will get a new bench top and new doors and draws to freshen it all up. The windows are all aluminium joinery. The floors of the toilets and bathroom will remain tiles. There is a double garage ceiling and walls as well that needs painting. Can you give me a quote for doing the whole job including the insides of the wardrobes & cupboards and a quote that does not include the inside of the wardrobes & cupboards.
