Painting exterior of 10 year old weather board + brick two storey house.
Job description
The house needs its first repaint. It is horizontal treated pine weather boards. The North and West sides have some paint cracking but the other sides do not. It first needs house washing to remove the mould from South side and loose paint from North and West. Scraping and sanding these to get down to firm wood or paint and prime. I want the same colour paint as it matches the rest of the house colours. I want high quality paint eg Dulux or Resene. Check and repair or replace any corner soakers that are rusted or loose, flashing, joiners and scribers.

Marcus did an excellent job. His estimate of time was accurate, the finish of the paint work was excellent. He went above and beyond what was expected with some unexpected problems that developed. I was very happy working with Marcus and would reccommend him to everyone as a great tradesman.
