Plaster Prep and Paint Small Bedroom

Hello, I have a small double bedroom (or a large single) in my 1970s Beasley home which needs paint prep work (plastering) and tidy painting in a light cream colour to match other rooms as best as possible. I have stripped the room of wallpaper and prepared as much as possible, the house is vacant and I was hoping to get someone in in the next week. No need to paint ceiling or skirting boards. Will be available to meet and discuss on Sunday if anyone is available then.
