Fill holes and touch up around 3 bdrm house in preparation for selling.

We are looking to sell our 3 bedroom townhouse, which has a floor area of 120 square metres. The house is 5 years old and currently vacant, walls painted with Dulux cardrona half. There's lots of holes in the walls throughout the place where we have had shelves, brackets attached to the wall which have been removed, along with lots of dents and marks. Wanting to get a quote to get these patched up and painted. Photos attached of the main areas needing doing.
