Prep and Paint internal of 93msq 1990 house

Refurb of rental, tenants moving out. I will rerent when refurbed, no fixed date. Start from14th March ideally. Prep walls - ancient wallpaper needs removing. Some of it has been painted over. Fill any holes and tidy up. Paint most internal rooms, I am not sure what colours yet but will not all be same. Hallway, 3 small bedrooms, 1 large kitchen/diner and small kitchen. Undercoats and topcoats as required to give good finish. Woodwork trims. (Joinery is aluminium thank goodness). Doors if required, would need to discuss. Don't think cupboards need doing inside.

Lovely job, I am so pleased with the result. Joint family effort by Bryan and his crew who were great to work with. All floors were covered in plastic wrap which was very useful for the entire renovation process. They were very polite about my colour choices (yes there is no grey in this house). Dulux paints very good.
