Fix exterior paint job

Our house is approximately 2 years old and weatherboard. Some of the weatherboards have moved since the house was initially painted and these areas need sealing and touching up. The trim of the house does not seem to have been properly painted initially and the paint is cracking and peeling off. This also needs repainting. We would like this work completed prior to winter ideally.
