Rody’s standard of work was very poor and when contacted to return to complete the defect list he rudely denied that it was his problem even when I have paid him a substantial amount to complete work that was no where near being acceptable

"Never do work for $ 6000.. I even work for him free. He was arrested for violence, many times I finished the job, his wife wrote to me saying that he was going to pay. I just paid $ 3000 and I handed him the bill and left.. He has many problems with work. The work is not over and the owner is angry and the boss works 3 hours and if he leaves work it takes a long time. Working The owners are not happy, I do the work I pay $ 3000.."
