Single story property with fiber cement weather boards and plastered panel 50-50 quanity. Light blue for weatherboard and whitish for panel, Water blast clean and apply two coats of acrylic self priming (Lumberside / Weathershield, Solagard), small amount of caulking against joinery needs repairing. House is 10 years old so it just needs a spruce up and protective coating , Substrate condition is very good
