Paint interior and exterior of caravan

We are turning an old Oxford Caravan into commercial bakery. It has been stripped of all furniture, and made water tight. We are wanting to get the interior plastered and painted. And the exterior sanded, and painted. The exterior is currently black, so it will need a couple of undercoats as we are going to change it to a light colour. We are wanting quotes including and excluding supplying the paint. We would prefer for it to be painted on site in Fernside, but it could be moved if required.
