Alan and his son had to battle with wet and winter conditions but turned up on time and after a few setbacks finished the job in reasonable time. Alan was willing to get the job done right and at my request sanded areas of the roof where the water blasting had left flaky areas under the paint. The end result looks really good. Flaky paint chips from the waterblasting are unfortunately everywhere so drop clothes would be a good idea in future to minimize this.

"Good evening, Thank you for taking the time to review our work. As we explained to the house owner . We completely stripped and fully primed the roof at no extra cost. The roof was not completed when the home owner told me to sand the island on the roof. I would have done this without been asked. We believe in top quality work and do what it takes. I also supplied paint and painted fences at no cost. Thanks Alan the painter"
