two storey building, upstairs is area that needs painting (wood cladding balcony, window frames, eaves) some repairs also needed to areas of rot also window frames downstairs, basically all the woodwork, including one side of the house that I could not photograph

absolutely fantastic team to work with, my only one criticism is that they did not take away rubbish with them. communication was 1st class and they always turned up when they said they would, only one small area did not meet my expectations workmanship wise which John will review this week. would recommend this team to anyone. The only reason the job was not completed exactly to budget was because john suggested some extra work to improve job outcome which I gladly agreed to
