Job description
I have a house I am painting and was asked to paint roof as well, but isnt something I have done before. House is small. About 100sqm. Looks like has had a coat before. Looking for a price to wash and paint the roof. Single story. 1 half has a good pitch and 1 half is the pitch where you slide without good shoes

I would never use this company again. Terrible communication. Dont do or turn up when scheduled. Dont answer phone so can organise a schedule. End up having to do work myself. Totally unprofessional having a worker contact owner to see if invoice paid. When invoice only received 2 days prior.

"As conveyed to Wayne, the contractor assigned this job made contact for payment without our knowledge or authorisation and no longer worked for BRN Property Services. We involved the Police following the job as this contractor also sold our work vehicle & other property, no explanation given other than "sorry but I needed the money". Our discounted final invoice to Wayne reflected work not completed, a situation we have never experienced b4 in 30years. A truly mortifying experience allround!"
