Preparation and repaint of the exterior of the house. The building is 220m2 single level with gable ends and a gable on the western side. The house is sited on flat ground. It will require scaffolding. Joinery is wood. The condition of the paint is poor but the weatherboards are in good condition - some areas of rot/soft wood will be repaired.
