Painting inside and outside of a house

We have a rental property we are wanting to get painted right through the inside. The tenant will move out and the house will be emptied. There is old wall paper which will need removing in some rooms. Other rooms the wall paper might be ok to stay up. All rooms in the house will need painting. We will need some exterior painting. At the minimum, the base of the house, window frames, garage doors (front and back), deck, front and back steps and the top timber (next to the guttering). Would also like a quote on giving the full exterior of the house a repaint. If the outside of the house gets a basic repaint of window frames, etc, then the exterior will need to be cleaned. The side and back fence will also need a clean. We are going to sell this property, so just needs to be a quick job that looks good.
