Small one level building

Painting is required for about 50sqm of exterior on the back of a single level weatherboard commercial property. This includes I think 4 or 5 windows to be painted and they require reputting. I also require 90% of the roof to be painted including the standard basic new flu. The building is about 110 sqm in size . It is expected that the exterior of the building would have 2-3 coats. About 50sqm inside needs painting which would include toilet ceilings, kitchen ceilings and walls (so appropriate bathroom/kitchen paint for this area 2-3 coats), the internal window frames and putty. Please quote itemising each area ie roof, exterior, interior and windows with paint (either resene or solarguard for exterior) and appropriate roof solarguard paint). If you are travelling from Auckland to the island you will also need to quote for travel. If you intend to stay please quote for accommodation at $250 per day and I will provide accommodation for up to 4 nights.
