Separate garage/cottage plus house re-stain. Re-stain all exterior cladding including barge boards. Two coats, with three applied to high sun areas. Re-stain all joinery & doors - 1-2 coats depending on absorption/damage. Process - lightly sand all windows and doors prior to re-staining; lightly sand deck bench; protect all surfaces for stain drip.
