Internal paint of 1 bedroom unit

We have recently purchased a unit and would like to have the whole inside painted . Ceiling heights range from 2.4m to 3m. Total floor area is around 44.6m2 Please see attached some pictures. A site inspection is possible on the 6th May. Unit will be vacant during works Works to include: Complete Internal paint of walls and ceilings, Primer/sealer where needed and 2 Topcoats. Any wallpaper that is lifting to be trimmed and skimmed where needed and painted over. All doors and trims to be painted white. Paint cabinets of original kitchens. If any other labour is required to achieve this, we’d like the tradesperson to source subcontractors.
