Paint Concrete Roof of Woodshed

I'm looking for someone to seal or encapsulate the concrete roof of my woodshed. The majority of the roof is concrete, but some patches are fibrolite where it was used for the concrete formwork. I'm assuming the fibrolite contains asbestos, hence why I want to get it painted and sealed. The total size of the roof to be painted is 1.8m x 5.8m. I have an existing 10l of pigmented sealer if that is the correct product for the job.
