The cornice in ensuite and bathroom is discolored and needs a couple of coats of paint. It is not mould. I have the original paint. I would estimate ensuite to be 2m by 2m and bathroom to be 2m by 4 m. Bit hard to get a good photo but you can see the shape of the cornice.
