I have a 80m2 rental property in Gate Pa which needs its roof painted (and the barge boards at each end of the house). It would also need to have the roof nails checked and a rust treatment put on the nails to ensure water tightness. I would be looking to have this completed by the end of March if possible (flexible on this)

Highly recommend. Wayne was clear at the beginning how long it would take, he explained the process prior to starting then at the end walked me through the property explaining what was done. As this was a rental property I was unable to see what was being done each day but Wayne gave me daily updates and photos which was great. Overall really impressed with Waynes work and I will be using him again in the future for further paint jobs.
