House spruce up
Job description
I am selling my house which is a small 3 bed home made of hardiplank, it requires some repair or replacement of a few boards. i wil also require a painter to paint the exterior of my house. I would also want a quote on sanding/painting the deck. I'm also wanting my small bathroom to be spruced up- it has flaking textured ceiling, so it needs stripping and re-painted,

Ian is totally reliable, did a great job, communication was spot on, the house looks clean and tidy with the new paint job - I would definitely recommend him to anyone. We're very pleased customers.
