Window and kitchen painting

Looking for a painter to do wooden windows peeling badly on the inside, recently painted on the outside. Need to sand, prepare and paint the window frames for all windows in small three bedroom house. Kitchen cabinets need to be stripped, prepped, and reinstalled.
