I have a very old but extremely beautiful character villa and I need a few jobs done, these include; 1. assessing and replacing worn and damaged weather boards. There is not heaps but I have two storey house and am unable to check second storey myself. Plus areas of the exterior paint work need to be touched up. 2. small fence needs to be repaired 3. pantry in dining room needs to be lined. The list goes on but this just the first few I want to start with
