We are looking for someone to come and give the interior of our house a complete repaint. The house has been tenanted for the past 7 years, and now needs an interior refresh - walls, ceilings and around windows and French doors. The house is not large - open plan kitchen/living dining, 2 bedrooms (one quite small) and a loft area. Total of around 110m square. Most surfaces are in good condition, with the exception of the bathroom ceiling which needs scraping etc. The house is tenanted until Sept 11, so ideally we'd have you visit on Sept 12th (a Saturday) to give a quote. We'd like the work done by the end of September.
