Small wall repairs

Hi! I’m looking to get a small job done, a flatmate has moved out of a room in a new build home and left marks on the walls. They’re mostly small paint chips and one small hole and crack. There’s paint chips are on bedroom walls and the hole and chips in wardrobe. The photo with more circled is in the wardrobe Could I please get a quote on how much this would be to repair? We still have the leftover paint from the built too. Thank you!
