Exterior Cottage Prep and Paint

Looking for a tidy up and repaint of a small home as below. House is approx 75 sq internally. Needs to be completed within the next 3 months. Needs someone who is prepared to do a proper quote and is tidy onsite with sanding. Detail: Replacing some rotten wood (a couple of areas identified and some new bargeboard in places) and then the required prep and painting x 3 coats. Note, a couple of walls of the cladding (weatherboard) are relatively smooth (replaced and well painted a year or so ago but not thickly painted). Another side needs some filling work before prep and painting. The side wall faces have an A type shape to roof ridgeline. Boyond that this is one storey. The frontage needs some care as it is older style windows under a verandah. Happy to provide photos if interested in quoting the job and for tradie to check for rot before quoting in case I've missed something.. The colour is white. Nothing elaborate.
