Interior ceiling of spa house. Is plywood with exposed oregon beams. Most sanding done. Have paint and stain. Also have outdoor concrete patios to paint and fence to stain. Would like quotes or approximation for all. Finish date needs to be Wednesday 12th May. Can send photos and measurements if site visit is not practical. Cheers
