Water damaged area on internal upstairs wall requires repair and wall repainting. Actual damaged area is not large, maybe 400mm square. It was from a water tank leak some time ago. Been in need of repair for many months. Its on a wall that is part of a ground to upstairs wall, but not hard to reach. It's standard studs...nothing way out. House built around 1995. So this will probably mean that one wall will have to be colour matched and painted. Initial contact is via email to a neighbour, but phone only after that directly to house owner, as house owner not into computers or email.
