Paint wall heaters and inside of wardrobes

We have approximately 12 wall heaters and 8-10 inside of cupboards/wardrobes that need to be painted. We have the paint for the inside of the cupboards/wardrobes Photos of the wall heaters are attached most of them are small (approx 1m x 60cm) We do not want them removed off the wall and are happy for only the visible parts to be painted.
