Paint wooden frame around windows

Narrow wooden framing around windows require painting. Approx ten windows to paint. Existing paint is flaking off. I am happy to scrape and sand off existing paint. Require a tradesman to silicon seal any exposed joints, undercoat(s), and finishing coat(s) paint. Job is in Glenholme, Rotorua. Would like to get the work completed in Feb/March while the weather is dry.
