Strip weatherboard house for painting

Stripping only. My house is a compact 3+ bedroom 1960s home, approx 100m2 floor area. The house has weatherboard cladding and although it was painted approx 5 years ago, the paint has blistered and is now peeling. There seems to be several layers of paint. I am looking for someone to remove paint down to the wood including leaving a final paintable finish. I plan to do the painting myself. The land slopes towards the back of the house so partially 2-story above the garage. Ideally only the weatherboard area would be stripped, not the soffits or the lower block layer, so main (top) story only. These other areas are in good condition so do not need stripping. I am open to different stripping methods and budget, the main thing is that all paint is stripped and removed off site. Note that I do not know what paint has been used previously, and safety is a must as I have a dog and a baby.
