Seeking an experienced painter to prepare and paint 10 timber windows and one double French door (interior and exterior) at a single storey residential property in Rotorua. All joinery is timber and will require full surface preparation (sanding, priming, undercoat, and topcoats) to achieve a high-quality, durable finish. Scope of work includes: - Prep and paint 10x timber windows (inside and out) - Prep and paint 1x double French door (inside and out) - Labour only – paint and materials will be supplied - Site will be clean and easily accessible Requirements: - Proven experience with residential painting, especially timber joinery - Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship - Must have own tools and equipment - Able to complete the work by 14 November 2025 Please include in your response: - Labour-only estimate or quote - Confirmation of availability - Examples of similar recent work
