Dwelling roof paint
Job description
Rectangular shaped hipped corrugated iron roof on 80m² single-storey dwelling requires clean and paint. It is low-pitch and access is excellent on a gently sloping site. There is the odd rust spot at the edges that needs rust proof, and a small crack in lead flashing (been repaired with silicone in the past). I want it given a clean, minor repair/rust proof of isolated areas, and paint.

I would use Bruce again. Quality was satisfactory given that it was exterior painting of an old house. Bruce spent time on the prep which was really needed. He patiently got on with it, and worked around the weather to ensure a good overall result.
