Painting interior lounge and possibly hall

Hi we would like our lounge painted (including beams, most wooden trims, windows sills, walls and ceiling etc). The lounge is a priority but if cost is reasonable for lounge we would also like you to paint our L-shaped hall including walls, ceiling and doors. Please include estimate to wash down, patch/prep where necessary. We would like Resene paints used throughout. Lounge estimate: The lounge has a cathedral ceiling with beams. Lounge dimensions are 9m wide x 7.7m long and the ceiling is high but I don't know measurement (see photos). Hall1.jpg (alcove) 1.2m long x 0.85m wide and there are 2 doors there also to be painted. Hall2.jpg is 5.7m long x 1.5m wide Hall3.jpg is 6.5m long x 1.5m wide We have dogs so would like pet tolerant painter please even though we will try to keep them out of the way as much as possible.
