My Deck needs Oiling. Please :)

Hi there My deck needs oiling before it starts to get too cold again. I have had it done most years I have been here - 5 - but I didn't last year so it is looking like it can do with good oil. I have the product here to oil it with - a big paint tin still unopened of the correct product to use. If you wish to do this job you must be agreeable to moving the pot plants off the deck onto the back grass to do the job. Being in a wheelchair I am unable to do this. Then once it is all dry/finished to put them back. The deck is approximately 30-35 sq metres (I am speculating here. There are a couple of steps down one end, the deck then it becomes a walkway around the side of the house, out around a little bit of the front side of the house.) Hello, thanks for reading this. I am in an electric wheelchair and unable to do this myself. I have a limited budget as I have many home repair jobs that I need doing all at once, unfortunately. I am available to have the job done anytime after this weekend. If I could get an approximate price or quote via the internet, then I can select you for the job without to-ing and fro-ing unnecessarily before getting stuck into it. It is a modern home built in 2016, I believe the deck is pine. I thought it was Kwila but it isn't or the other way around. Either way, I have the right oil for the job here. I can photograph it and show you if needed to be sure but it is what previous people have used. Please send me a message with what you can do, specifically: Your experience level (I will check your BC profile) When you can do it Pricing Any other information you feel is reasonable. One thing, I don't pay for additional/extra travel costs. The job is here, so if you can't get here under your own steam without me paying you for that, then perhaps the job isn't for you. I want to get this done in a shorter time frame as possible. I recognise this might be up to a 2-day job depending on the first coat, but I'd prefer it done when the days can be consecutive, or if not appropriate, booked in advance and adhered to, no excuses, No partial deposits. I have a firm budget for this job, and I want to see what you can give me before giving you my budget. I understand that can be difficult, but it means that you will give me your best quality information and fee rather than scaling down a job to fit in a budget then I end up with a less than a great job. A firm budget doesn't mean I am going to stick to it necessarily, within reason. I have several other jobs I am about to post so please look and see if they come under your umbrella and wish to apply for then please do it via that job. Please allow me a couple of days to sift through the responses before I get back to you. I will get back to all of you, but I'm not at my computer all the time. Well, what can I say really? If you're looking for a skilled, talented, conscientious and honest handyman, here he is. He'ss willing to do anything, and happy to tell you if its not in his experience range (not much isn't). He has done work for me since and I won't be going anywhere else.
