Painting townhouses

We have 4 Insulclad built 3 storey townhouses with pebbledash type finish, last painted 10 years ago. They are painted in XT200 and we wish to use the same or better painting the main walls. We are close to the sea and the properties will need washing first. Then minor cracks will need a high standard of sealing before painting. A small amount of scafolding will be required to reach some of the harder places. Whilst this work is being done we wish for the Sofites and bargeboards etc to also be painted but not the boundary walls or the roof which has been recently painted. We would like to hear from firms which have both the resources and time in their schedule to complete this work within 6 months and to have some confirmation of this in your reply.
