Concrete tile roof repaint (with some high block wall painting)

The concrete tile roof is 45 degree pitch and requires a repaint. Needs 1 seal coat plus 2 top coats (black). Scaffolding will be required, as some barge edges require trademen to seal as old gaps are not necessarily water-tight. Concrete block walls that are very high (up to 6 metres off the ground) also need to be painted - 2 coats. The wood work of the dormer windows requires inspection in case of rot and timber replaced if found. The old red paint work associated with the dormers is to be re-painted in white. This is the final project in a programme of wark undertaken by the Body Corporate.
