We have a lockwood small house that is natural timber finish and we are painting the internal color white. The Hallway , Laundry area and bathroom need Sanding, Sealer, Undercoat and top coat. The hallway is about 7.5sqm, laundry 4sqm, and bathroom 12sqm. Access is easy and the floors are timber. The height of the walls is 2.4m. Paint is supplied.
