Body Corp complex consisting of 17 own-your-own units needs the roof cleaned and painted. Mostly two stories but one block of 3 stories. Logically separated into 4 areas. Recent Body Corp approval to proceed with 2 x areas. Work also will include some exterior painting up high. Exterior is rendered concrete block construction. Contract could include provision of scaffolding, or certified scaffolding supplied by others.
