Job description
-Labour only staining of rough sawn timber fence and retaining wall -Stain provided -Preparation complete (brushed clean with oxalic acid and sugar soap around one week ago). Have run out of time and energy to complete the stain application -All you need are brushes and protective materials for adjacent surfaces (driveway & other surfaces) -Approx 120 M2 surface area (subject to final measure) -Apply Cabots oil stain (charcoal) x 2 coats with curing time in between -Most areas no not need height access apart from possibly front lawn area where ladder may be needed (depending on your application methodology, ie roller or brush). See attached photos. -Ladder available for use if necessary -Please provide M2 rate for stain application to face of palings, capping timber and edges in between palings on one side of each fence represented in photos attached. -Site visit available -Ready to start immediately I also need to have painted the lower storey of house at some stage this summer (approx 80-90 M2 foot print). Mainly block work which will require full preparation and finishing on full contract basis (prep, material supply and application). I will post this job as well if interested after site inspection undertaken

I found the TK Revive team, apart from being absolutely reliable and hard working, also down to earth honest people which I couldn't speak more highly of. Toka took the upmost pride in his work transforming my old decrepit fence to one that looks nearly like new. He kept me informed of his targets and kept me advised of any variance to the plan. Kim and Toka make a great team covering commercial and delivery aspects and I highly recommend them
