Small predominately single storey house, two storey in vicinity of single garage. 3/4 of barge boards and two gables being replaced and remaining barge boards in reasonably good order. All boards to be prep. and painted. Scaffolding will be required for two storey section, with the expectation painter has own scaffolding for single storey section, or both. Quote for either situation ie with or without scaffolding. Work needs to be done this month
