Job description
My rental will become vacant from the 26 May and ready for a full interior paint. 3 bedroom property/ one side of a double unit. I will require the following please: - Preparation of wall and ceiling for paint for the full interior (including windows, kitchen cupboards) - Painting (at least 2 top coats) - neutral / off white - Any building work required on the interior would be a bonus if you have the skills to do. I have included some pics of the interior that I have on file to give an indication of the current state of the property.

Theo and his team were able to complete a full interior paint (walls, ceilings, windows, doors and cupboards) for a rental property. The turnaround time was a significant driver on this job. They did a great job with the painting. I gave Theo access to the property (2 week period) and he kept me posted with progress and suggestions for paint colours which was great. I rushed him at the very end as I had the next lot of tradies arriving, not ideal. But really happy with their work and servic
