Job description
Exterior painting of single story 86sqm 1960s weatherboard house, built on ring foundation. Porirua East, approx 5 min from motorway. Existing paint largely in good condition, with window sills & some corners starting to degrade - some windows require new putty. I would like corner soakers attached to corners after undercoat done. Flexible on dates but I would like to agree & schedule approximate time & complete before winter!

William painted the outside of our house and he is the best ever. We bought a house to renovate and it was in a pretty bad state of repair. So bad that we were looking at getting in various trades people, builder included, to fix it. But William did amazing work, we didn't think the house could actually look so good, it looks brand new. We would like to thank William - he is hardworking, courteous and takes great pride in his work. We are very very happy.
