Painting a monolithic house
Job description
My house is a monolithic home in good condition that needs exterior painting. There are no cracks in the cladding. The fascias are timber and are in need of sanding and undercoating in two areas because they haven't been painted in a while. Apart from that its a fairly straight forward job. The house is single level, three bedroom with attached double garage, with easy access all around the exterior and concrete paths on all but one wall. I need the house painted prior to christmas.

Highly recommended! The owner made contact with me quickly and provided a quote within a couple of days. He also made some recommendations, e.g. suggesting they also paint the faded flashings and garage. The other quotes did not include this and his quote was still very competitive. Apart from the planned start date being delayed because our our rubbish spring weather, the job was completed to schedule. The guys from PN Painting were a pleasure to have working on my property.
